The owner came to the house and explained everything and was very understanding. He was going to remove the old oil heater and install a new geothermal. The men installed it and were really professional. They were 100% cooperative and did a really good job. Even the all the inspectors that we had said they have never seen a job that was done this well. They told me how much I would be saving a month and just this first month I am saved $250. That was just off my oil bill. I would highly recommend them.
Let me start by saying how great the crew was over the past two days. It really started with the service call by Chris. He was great, professional and honest. Then the installation crew of Chris, Shane and Shawn. These guys really impressed us with their cleanliness, problem solving skills and willingness to answer our questions. I'm in a customer service based job and I tend to have higher standards. These guys exceeded my standards and we'll be happy to recommend Bair in the future because of these gentleman. They are great assets.

I'm writing to express appreciation for the excellent service we received from Bair Necessities. Over the past several months, we have had a number of problems with our WaterFurnace Premier 2 system, culminating in a broken water pump and compressor last weekend. Since that time our house has been exceedingly hot with no working A/C. We have two small children, including a newborn, and had no place to go. Bair Necessities was extremely responsive to our situation. They conducted an initial assessment and provided us a recommendation - with which we agreed - to have the system replaced. Additionally, they worked with WaterFurnace to lower the cost of the new unit given the circumstances and since the warranty on the unit and our home warranty had just run out. They also worked with WaterFurnace to have the unit shipped within 24 hours of the order. Bair Necessities even went above and beyond and put us up in a Sheraton hotel while we were waiting for the replacement unit to arrive so that we did not have to stay in the unbearable conditions in our own house or pay even more out-of-pocket costs then we incurring for replacing the unit. While we are dismayed at the total breakdown of our Premier 2 system, we are very pleased with the way Bair Necessities has responded to our situation and worked ceaselessly to get us a replacement unit at the lower price possible while caring for us as customers and ensuring that our small children were not forced to stay in untenable conditions. We would be more than happy to recommend Bair Necessities to our family and friends. Thank you.

Still loving the system. So far it has been perfect. Looks like it might get the acid test later this week, with temps around 100 forecast. Electric use down by about 20% over last year, and that's with an extra person living in the house. Loop pressure staying good since your last fill-up.

Last Friday we were taking care of our 8-month old granddaughter at our son's home. You know it was scorching hot, over 100 degrees outside. In the afternoon, the house started getting warmer and warmer. We realized the AC was not working. We took the baby and our son and daughter in law, both medical doctors, to our home to stay with us until they had the AC fixed. My son started calling the AC companies he knew of. Because of the heat there were many broken units, so they couldn't find anybody to come and have a look at it until the next day. Upon hearing this, I recommended my son to give you a call. He called and left a message. He had already lost hope and told me that this is not going to work either. However, after a short while, Tom called back my son. His first question was if they have ever signed up for the BGE energy efficiency program. My son was surprised at first, but our daughter in law at one point has done so. So, thanks to Tom, they not only saved money, but were relieved of the stress of having it fixed as they have a very busy schedule working on the weekends also. I would like to thank you both for having employees like Tom.
